I have bagel in my DNA. The poppy seed and salt twisters here are perfection. It has the correct texture and chew. I like their raisin bagels too, the whole-wheat are kind of dry in my opinion.
This place has been around forever, staff are always nice. It is a busy place with a steady clientele, a never ending stream of customers coming and going.
I bought a couple of miniature, triangular shaped "Homentashen", with a smooth, prune filling. Delectable. They had them with apple filling as well. Just barely sweet and the dough was perfect. This is a place I have taken for granted for decades. You go in, your order your stuff, they're nice, you pay, you leave. No hassles or heartache. The bakery is part of a large restaurant - which is always busy. -

A delicious home cooked family meal!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. I came here with a few friends for brunch and had one of my best breakfasts ever. I ordered the Greek omelette with an everything bagel, and shared a few desserts. Everything was fresh and tasty. The rugelach was one of the best I've had! (right behind Marzipan in Jerusalem) The staff was so welcoming and you feel like you're having breakfast in your zayde's kitchen. I will be back! -

Great breads.Bad customer service. Rude employees. They clapped at customers to get their attention.

What they call bagels are not bagels. They are just buns. Prices are crazy expensive. No wonder they were not busy at lunchtime. Tasty Greek Salad.

A casual Jewish bakery at the corner of Bathurst & Sheppard. I go there mostly for their Dill and vegetable soup as well as their Greek salad...portions are large and the food is always fresh. While there, you can also purchase the usual bagels and loafs to take home.service is fast and courteous.
